All are card payments are processed by RBS WorldPay.  When you come to make a payment through our website you are redirected to WorldPay’s own secure server where you input your card details and complete your transaction.  RBS WorldPay place the strictest security measures on their servers and you will see the https:// prefix in the URL confirming that your details are being entered onto an encrypted server.  As a leading bank of merchant services RBS WorldPay is fully PCI DSS compliant and partakes in numerous scans and tests to ensure its systems are not compromised.

As you enter your card details on RBS WorldPay’s own website, we NEVER see your card details and have no access to them.  The only exception to this rule is when you pay over the telephone, on these occasions you will need to tell us your card details to allow us to process the payment, we never store card data and destroy these details once the transaction has completed.

To complete our compliance we fully participate with the Verified by Visa and MasterCard 3D Secure scheme’s.

To fully comply with PCI DSS regulations for taking payments over the telephone, we have our systems scanned by Security Metrics annually to check for any vunerabilities and have passed their Site Certification process.
