REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us and are pleased to offer our customers 14 days in which to refund or exchange goods should you not be fully satisfied.
To return your items simply complete the returns slip enclosed with your order which includes your pre-paid returns address label and take the parcel to the post office where they will provide you with a receipt as proof of posting. It is important to obtain this receipt as should your goods become lost in the post we will only honour your refund provided you have proof of posting, should you have sent your goods without this we cannot refund your money.
Once your goods have been received by us and have been checked we will refund your card within 10 working days as a maximum.
If you wish to exchange your goods, simply return your items as described above and complete the returns form stating which goods you wish to exchange your items for. Due to stock levels we would strongly recommend that you contact us via phone or email prior to sending your goods back to advise us which items you require. We are happy to hold these items aside for you until your exchange has been received to avoid disappointment, particularly if you are changing the size of top/bottoms to complete a set. Once we have received your parcel we will debit/credit your card with the difference in cost and resend your new items.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS
We are unable to refund or exchange items which have been marked or worn in any way and items must have all packaging and hygiene labels intact. Please ensure when trying on briefs that these are tried on over your own underwear and avoid clothing coming into contact with any make-up, fake tan and perfumes. We may refuse to refund or exchange items where it is clear this has not been done and return the goods to you.
Over the Christmas period we are happy to extend our returns policy, so any item brought from the 12th November can be returned up to the 15th January for an exchange or refund as outlined above. Please be aware though due to regulations we can only refund the card with which the items was paid for with and cannot send cash/cheque refunds as an alternative.
To avoid the disappointment of receiving faulty goods, we thoroughly check all our swimwear prior to sending it to you to ensure there are no defects. If however you receive goods containing a fault please contact us within 5 days and we will arrange a replacement and advise you on your returns.
REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
We apologise to all our overseas customers but we cannot offer free returns outside of the UK. You are welcome to return your goods for an exchange or refund as in the UK but all costs incurred in regards to inbound and outbound postage and any customs and duty charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
We also recommend when returning goods from abroad you use a secure courier and insure the value of your returns as we cannot offer any refund in the highly unlikely event that the goods become lost in the post. In this instance the customer would be responsible for obtaining a refund on the value through the courier.
