You do not have my size in stock, can you get it in?

If we do not have something in stock in your size or you have seen an item elsewhere which we do not stock by a designer we feature, it is often the case we can get this in quickly, and at no extra expense for you, either call or email us and we’ll check and get back to you, usually in the same day!

How do I pay?

Our website accepts card payments which are processed by RBS Worldpay.

The cards accepted are Visa, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, MasterCard, Maestro and AMEX, we also accept PayPal payments.

Can I pay in another currency?

Beach Bourn is a UK based website and we only accept sterling payments. All payments will be based in sterling so should you have a foreign currency account your bank will apply the sterling exchange rate to any purchase along with any commissions it may apply.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

On confirmation of your order we will email you a link to Royal Mail’s ‘track & trace’ website and a tracking number for your parcel. In the first instance we recommend where possible checking this online to see where your parcel is. If however after 5 working days (or 10 outside the UK), you have still not received your items please call us and we follow this up for you. If your parcel has become lost in the post, please do not worry, on confirmation from the Royal Mail your parcel has gone missing we will contact you and send you a replacement (or should you prefer a refund) immediately.

How do I care for my swimwear?

The swimwear which we sell is extremely delicate and as used in harsh conditions (sea water/chlorinated water/sun), we recommend the following care instructions to keep it in best condition:

  1. Always wash you swimsuit out in cool clean tap water after wearing to remove all traces of sea/pool water and sun tan lotion and avoid damage to materials and hardware.

  2. After rinsing out, wash your swimsuit in a mild detergent or shampoo until clean.

  3. Gently pat dry your swimwear using a clean towel or tissue (beware of colours) until damp paying particular care to dry the hardware completely.

  4. Stretch gently into shape and lay (don’t hang as may misshape) out to dry, avoiding the bright sunlight or radiators.

  5. Make sure you keep items separate so colours do not bleed into each other.

Swimwear needs to be treated with the greatest care at all times to keep it looking good and if you take care now, it will last for years.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order which you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately and provided the items have not been sent we will cancel your order and if payment has been taken, refund your card immediately. Unfortunately, should your order have been sent you will need to return the items as per our returns and refund policy and will be refunded on receipt of goods back to us.
