All orders will be sent out within 48 hours of placing.
You will be given the option during check-out to change your delivery address to a more convenient address such as a work address should you not be at home during the day to accept your delivery. If a delivery is made whilst you are out, a calling card will be left with instructions of how to rearrange your delivery.
There are a small number of postcodes where delivery will take longer than the standard given timescales due to their remote locations. These postal areas include but are not limited to: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands.
Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Mann will be subject to customs checks which may delay delivery time.
When quoting timescales on deliveries we have assumed a standard working week. Please be aware that weekends, local holidays, bank holidays and adverse weather could cause delays to your delivery.

|International Delivery||Delivery takes approximately 7-14 days. We deliver to the following International destinations: Brazil, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand. Please note we are unable to ship to the USA and Canada at this time.||£17.00|
All our deliveries sent outside of the UK must be sent to the card holder’s address and will require a signature.
When sending items outside of the EU we will complete all necessary customs documentation and list your items on the outside of the packaging. Any import taxes and duties charged are the responsibility of the customer and your Courier will contact you on delivery regarding these.
We recommend all our overseas customers refer to our ‘Returns & Refunds’ policy as all returns from outside the UK are made at the customers expense, unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
